Brought truck in 3 times prior before this for check engine light and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong had warranty at the time, this last time they figured out why the light was coming on now that the warranty is gone. Pretty dirty

I called the dealership because I had a tire that kept losing air pressure. They told me to drop it off and they would work it in. I got a call about an hour later and my Tahoe was ready. They plugged my tire because I had a screw in it. The ladies in the service department were so friendly and got me checked out and on my way. Thanks so much!

I have been having problems with my AC Fan. It would just stop working and then start back again later same day or many days later. I have even had it at the dealership once for this. However, it started working again prior to the techcian determining the problem. I stopped by without an appointment and they were able to determine the problem and fixed it. They did it very timely.

Riverside is a great dealership with friendly and knowledgeable people. They pay attention to the customers and to the details of their work. It's always a pleasure to deal with them.

The staff was very diligent in finding the problem with my truck. Brandon was very patient trying to understand the problem I was describing to him and they found the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner!! My father-in-law, who recently passed, bought or leased Tahoe’s with Riverside for the last 20 years, primarily with salesperson Margaret Mcgough. My ram truck had 200,000 miles and I was ready to trade it in, so in a nod to my father-in-law, I first went to Riverside to see about getting a new truck. The staff feel like family, some even attended his funeral. As I expected, the service was amazing. I got a great deal on my trade-in and incredible price on a new Silverado 1500. Excited for my new truck and thankful to Riverside for the way they do business.
