I was told it would only take one and half hours to do the service. I was there for almost 3 and half hours. Finally had to leave.

Brought truck in 3 times prior before this for check engine light and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong had warranty at the time, this last time they figured out why the light was coming on now that the warranty is gone. Pretty dirty

It was quick

I called the dealership because I had a tire that kept losing air pressure. They told me to drop it off and they would work it in. I got a call about an hour later and my Tahoe was ready. They plugged my tire because I had a screw in it. The ladies in the service department were so friendly and got me checked out and on my way. Thanks so much!

I had a complaint about my transmission surgeon and they want me to pay for a fluid replacement that should have been done before my purchase and wouldn't help find a solution. PS I can't afford a 400$ fluid replacement.

The staff was very diligent in finding the problem with my truck. Brandon was very patient trying to understand the problem I was describing to him and they found the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner!! Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and wants to take care of the customer. I will never deal with any other Chevrolet dealership other than Riverside in Wetumpka….. they are awesome!!

Did a good job

I have been having problems with my AC Fan. It would just stop working and then start back again later same day or many days later. I have even had it at the dealership once for this. However, it started working again prior to the techcian determining the problem. I stopped by without an appointment and they were able to determine the problem and fixed it. They did it very timely.

I had another great visit with Riverside Chevy. I scheduled my appointment and the technicians were ready to service my truck. Everyone welcomed me by name and greeted my oldest son by name also. With strong customer service such as this, I will remain a loyal customer to Riverside Chevy.
